Emicon AC Spa incorporates Ethra Tech srl

On 13th December 2022, the procedure that led Ethra Tech srl to merge its activities into Emicon AC Spa was successfully closed.
Ethra Tech is now effectively a Division of the company Emicon AC Spa and its brand still exists in all the products it manufactures.
